Horizon Outfitters offers free-to-play social entertainment games set in the fictional Dustfall Territory universe. All gameplay uses virtual Trail Coins. There is no real-money gambling, no wagering of real funds, and no opportunity to win real money, goods, or prizes of any kind.

3. Eligibility
